Scott Goodstein, who most recently served as external online director for the Obama for America presidential campaign, and Terry Gross, host of National Public Radio's "Fresh Air," will participate in two sessions during the Jacobs Summit on Thursday, September 24. The Jacobs Summit, produced in partnership with NAB, is part of the 2009 NAB Radio Show, held September 23-25 in Philadelphia. "Featuring prominent professionals from a variety of fields, this year's Jacobs Summit is shaping up to be one of the best ever," said Fred Jacobs, president of Jacobs Media. "We are pleased to welcome Terry Gross and Scott Goodstein, and we look forward to hearing their insight."

Changes at Hot AC WKRQ/Cincinnati finds night talent Holly Morgan sliding into the PD chair. Morgan replaces Grover Collins who now handles PD duties at Country sister WUBE. Jon Isaac moves into the night slot.

Robin Faller, GM for Cox Media Group-Stamford-Norwalk, is promoted to Market Manager for its stations in Southern Connecticut. Additionally, the company names Stu Gorlick Group Sales Manager and Andy Alcosser General Sales Manager for its operation in Milford.

Ryan Manno exits Modern Rock WKQX (Q101)/Chicago. Manno held down nights and was also host of Q101's weekend specialty show "Crash Test Radio."

Universal Music Group Distribution (UMGD) has entered into an agreement with technology company Echospin. As part of the agreement, UMGD’s family of labels and artists will utilize Echospin’s technologies to integrate direct-to-fan sales and promotions into their websites, allowing UMG and all its artists to sell digital, physical and mobile goods all in one location.

Bloomberg reports that Warner Music Group's Warner/Chappell publishing arm, along with publishers Bug Music Inc. and Peermusic, have sued two Web sites over posting lyrics online.

Fuse names Gavin Harvey as GM of the music cable channel, according to Broadcasting & Cable. Harvey was previously President of sports network Vs.
